Our patients can access our professional services through a "pay as you go" or Membership Plan option.
Our Membership Plan costs $130/month and offers multiple benefits including longer visits, prompt evaluation of patients with flare of symptoms, joint injections, trigger point injections and all the necessary paperwork required as related to your chronic rheumatologic condition.
If you are a patient who seeks one time consultation or needs to see us only once or twice a year, you have the option to follow with us as a non-member through our "pay as you go" track. This allows you the flexibility to be seen when you need it most. This option is ideal for patients who are coming to us for a second opinion evaluation or for patients who do not require frequent monitoring/chronic care. There will be an option to transition to the Membership Plan at any time.
Our doctors have opted out of Medicare. If you are a Medicare patient looking to establish care with our practice, please note that Dr. Cabas Vargas and Dr. Fradlis are able to see you in the office but neither you nor your doctor can seek reimbursement from Medicare for the services provided.
