Dr. Cabas Vargas is Board-Certified in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine.  She obtained her medical degree from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia. After relocating to the United States, she completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA and her rheumatology fellowship at SUNY-Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Cabas Vargas has worked as a Rheumatologist in NJ and NY. She joined the Orange County community in 2018.  

Dr. Cabas Vargas is passionate about caring for patients with rheumatic conditions.  She understands the importance of building a true patient-doctor relationship and thrives to provide high quality care for her patients.  Dr. Cabas Vargas also dedicates her time towards maintaining the integrity of physicians and independent practice.  During her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, traveling and learning from other cultures. 

Dr. Cabas Vargas is fluent in English and Spanish. 

Dr. Bella Fradlis is Board-Certified in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine. She graduated Stony Brook School of Medicine and pursued an internship at Long Island Jewish Hospital. She completed residency and rheumatology fellowship at New York Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center. She worked in the Bronx prior to relocating to Orange County in 2016 with her family. Dr. Fradlis's priority are her patients. She ensures that her patients receive the proper amount of attention and respect at every visit. Dr. Fradlis works hard to provide quality care and advocate for her patients. She is a Castle Connoly Top Doctor and has also been recognized as a Hudson Valley Parent Favorite Doctor. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, gardening, hiking and birdwatching.

Dr. Bella Fradlis is fluent in English and Russian.

Mrs. Komorsky has extensive experience in office management and patient relations. She has been working as a medical receptionist and office manager and has 27 years of patient care experience. She holds a degree from CUNY in Business Administration. Dale loves working with patients to help them receive the best possible medical care. She lives in Orange County with her family. 

Mrs. Laura Lopez is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over a decade of clinical experience. She has practiced in various medical fields including primary care, podiatry, general orthopedics, and orthopedic trauma. She is compassionate and dedicated to her patients. She holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Orange Ulster BOCES and is passionate about caring for patients in our community. Laura is devoted to her family. She also enjoys gardening as well as spending time at the beach.
